As pet lovers and owners we believe that we understand both how people feel at their time of loss and that they deserve only the highest quality both in our products and the service we provide.

Our memorials are handcrafted in the UK and guaranteed UV stable and weather resistant. Full instructions are provided as the the care of your chosen product.  Our professional computerised engraving service is also available with plaque sizes ranging from 2” x 1”  to 8” x 6” in Metallex, Microline and high gloss suitable for use with memorials, caskets, coffins and garden use.  For most  personalised memorials  we require 4 -6 weeks delivery, however items from stock will be dispatched within 7 -10 days. Items are refunded or replaced at the company’s discretion, personalised items are not refundable however this does not affect your statutory rights . Faulty or damaged items must be notified to the company within 3 days of receipt. Items are insured in transit.  Goods must be returned in original packaging.
