Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. When adding an inscription, please use an * to indicate a new line.
We reserve the right to make minor alterations to the inscriptions and/or design where essential. We shall design the layout of the inscription in the most appropriate format but if you have a specific request please specify.

Shipping And Handling :

Items may be collected personally - select 'to be collected' option when ordering. Alternatively, items may be sent by Courier.
Post and Packing is provided under a separate contract and is therefore NOT refundable under the 7 day approval.
Items returned under the 7 day approval are returned at the purchasers expense.  All returned items must arrive in good condition in the original packaging.

Delivery Schedule:

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of all personalised handcrafted memorials. Other items which may be dispatched from stock (including engraved plaques) pleases allow 7-10 days for delivery. All orders dispatched by Courier are tracked and an automated email will be sent at the time of dispatch to advise that your parcel is on its way to you.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
