1. Definitions

1.1 “The Company” means Lincolnshire Pet Crematorium Ltd registered in England & Wales No 4812345 also T/A Memorials Nationwide of Meeres Lane, Kirton, Lincolnshire PE20 1PR.

1.2 “The Customer” means any person or business making a purchase or requesting a service from “The Company”.

1.3 “Personalised” means any bespoke item or product which has been produced with requested names, dates or inscriptions and/or also includes any service which is not returnable or re-saleable.

1.4 Non-Personalised” means items and or products available from stock which have no bespoke names, dates or inscriptions included on them or attached to them.

1.5 “Account Holders” means customers or businesses who are invoiced direct and who hold accounts with “The Company”.

1.6 “The Courier” means any company, business or persons employed by “The Company” to transport or deliver products purchased by “The Customer”.

1.7 “Working Day” means the working days of “The Company” which are Monday to Friday inclusive.

1.8 “Next Day” means the next “Working Day” for orders received before 12 noon. Any orders received after 12noon will be processed the following day for next “Working Day”

19 “Shipping” means the transportation and delivery of purchases i.e., by courier or post office etc.

2. Basis of Conditions
2.1 All goods are offered under the Sale of Goods Act, however under the Distance Selling regulations NO refund will be made in connection with any “Personalised” item unless the item is in someway defective, in such circumstances “The Company” MUST be notified no later than 12 noon on the day following delivery and the damaged/faulty item returned within 14 days for inspection. A full refund or replacement item will be provided in the case of defective goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 2.2 “Non Personalised” goods may be returned by “The Customer” within 7 days of receipt at “The Customer’s” expense and a full refund will be made, excluding the costs incurred for “Shipping”. Goods must be returned unused and in a good re-saleable condition within the specified period. Please ensure goods are packed safely to avoid damage.

2.3 “The Company” will not be liable for any pre-contract arrangements or conditions, errors or omissions made by “The Customer”.

3. Delivery & Acceptance
3.1 Loss of an item must be reported to “The Company” within 7 days from the allocated delivery date. Following investigations if the item has been declared lost by “The Courier” a full refund or replacement will be made.

 3.2 We will do our utmost to ensure that goods dispatched from stock are received within 7 working days from receipt of the order. “Personalised” items will be dispatched within 28 working days. “The Customer” may track the progress of each order dispatched by “The Courier”.

4. Payment
4.1 Orders from stock will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been made in full. “Personalised” items will not be processed until payment has been made in full.

 4.2 Prices shown within this catalogue shop include VAT at the current rate. Included are any engraving or personalised inscriptions and symbols where available. Where separate engravings are requested these are additional orders and will be charged accordingly. No extra charge is made for symbols.

4.3 “Shipping” costs are shown for each item, you must select your area and the charge quoted will be added at the checkout. “Shipping” charges are made per item ordered.

4.4 No services will be carried out by “The Company” unless pre-payment has been made by Cheque, Credit Card, Postal Order, Pre-payment Vouchers or Cash.

4.5 Payment of invoices by “Account Holders” must be received by “The Company” within 28 days from receipt of the invoice

4.6 “Account Holders” must raise invoicing queries or disputes with “The Company” within 21 days from the date of the invoice.

4.7 Any charges incurred by “The Company” in connection with unpaid or uncleared cheques will be charged to “The Customer” or “Account Holder” for immediate payment.

5. Description of Goods & Services
5.1 Note all sizes and measurements quoted within this catalogue are approximate, handcrafted and bespoke items may vary slightly in shape and/or size and appearance as may any text or inscription requested.

 5.2 Unless stated measurements are external to the largest point.

6. Variation in Specification
6.1 “The Company” reserve the right to make minor alterations to the inscriptions/designs where essential. We shall design the layout of the inscription in the most appropriate format but if you have a specific request please specify.

 6.2 Slight colour variations may occur in natural materials and bespoke items.

6.3 Sizes may vary slightly in connection with all bespoke handcrafted items.

7. Courier, Shipping and Postage
7.1 Goods by Standard Courier are sent on 2/3 days “B” Service delivery terms, “A” Service, “Next Day” delivery is available on selected items for orders received before 12 noon. Delivery is next “Working Day” from date of dispatch. Notification emails will be sent where possible.

 7.2 Standard postal rates cover UK Mainland, Edinburgh & Glasgow (excluding Offshore Isles & N.Ireland) parcels up to 28kg. No additional charge is made to cover deliveries within the London Congestion Area. Any items collected from our premises are not charged “Shipping” costs.

7.3 “The Courier” will make two attempts to delivery an item. If a card is left requesting you contact “The Courier” to arrange delivery please contact them immediately.

7.4 No items will be left without a signature from the recipient.

7.5 Items which cannot be delivered will be returned to “The Company” at an additional cost to “The Customer” plus a additional “Shipping” charge for the item to be re sent for a second delivery.

7.6 Please note we have no control over delivery times for items sent via the Post Office.

8. Customer Agreemen
8.1 By placing an order “The Customer” has agreed to all the above Terms and Conditions.
